With over 40 years of leadership and business experience, I help business owners and leadership teams turn stress, confusion, and inconsistency into clear systems, strong communication, and profitable growth. Early in my career, I helped lead a $14M company from the brink of bankruptcy to profitability in less than two years—an experience that shaped how I coach leaders to make decisions, build teams, and create momentum that lasts.
For more than three decades, I’ve worked as a coach, consultant, and trainer, helping organizations strengthen leadership, streamline operations, and build cultures that thrive. I specialize in practical, real-world solutions—clear expectations, better communication, and repeatable systems that reduce friction and improve performance.
My work often includes:
I’m also a proud ADHD neurodivergent individual diagnosed in childhood, and I’ve learned firsthand that ADHD isn’t a life sentence—it’s a different operating system, one with unique strengths you can leverage to excel in life. When you understand how an ADHD brain works, you can stop fighting it and start building routines, tools, and strategies that turn strengths into results. As a certified ADHD coach, I help adults, teens, parents, business owners, and leaders leverage ADHD strengths—creativity, energy, adaptability, and problem-solving—while reducing the common pitfalls like overwhelm, inconsistency, and follow-through challenges.
As a John Maxwell Leadership Instructor, speaker, coach, certified both as a Innermetrix Disc trainer, a Maxwell DiSC trainer and Maxwell DiSC behavioral analyst, I blend proven leadership frameworks with hard-earned real-world experience. I’ve delivered over 1,000 workshops, facilitated mastermind groups, and spoken at conferences and events nationwide. I’ve also taught public speaking and curriculum development for over 30 years, including nearly two decades personal coaching students of all ages in the art of communication and connection.
Today, through Momentum Leadership Academy, LLC, I help business owners, managers, and teams—locally in Dallas–Fort Worth and worldwide through virtual training—develop the skills, systems, and confidence they need to lead well, communicate clearly, and achieve sustainable growth. I also work closely with a Texas licensed mental health counselor who is neurodivergent and well equipped to help other neurodivergent individuals deal with the comorbidities that are sometimes associated with ADHD, past childhood and adult trauma, ADHD trauma, and relationship issue using attachment theory that having ADHD or childhood trauma may cause.
Outside of work, I enjoy travel, photography, woodworking, fishing, and home improvement projects—passions that keep me creative, grounded, and balanced.
